The open issue is you have to add salary and when you look at Boston, they don’t have enough salaries where it doesn’t get into value question.

I believe that Lysell and a #1 is a good baseline for Hertl or Lindholm. My assumption is that Grzelcyk would be someone San Jose would be interested in unless they change their coach. That isn’t enough. My guess is that the only way to get into that salary range is Ullmark going to a third team.

Yeah, I'm aware of the contract issues. I was simply creating the base for a Hertl trade. Ullmark should 100% be gone by next season. Saves money to sign Sway and give him the deserved starting role.

Boston needs retention, not sure SJ agrees to that based on it being for 6 years, but if not then maybe a 3rd team or Grzelcyk going somewhere to make room. That and Lysell is now leading Providence in points so he might be getting a look with the big club sooner rather than later.

W pfp

In a hypothetical scenario where Boston wanted Hertl, I can't see any other of their prospects being moved. It'd likely have to be Lysell.
Poitras is a non-starter in any trade, off the block. Beecher has looked fair in a bottom 6 role and can win draws. Lohrei isn't going anywhere.

Boston has 25m in cap space next year, they don’t need to move Linus for $.
