Kraken are really up on OFM but I could see them making a move like this. Not sure they move for Hanifin without a contract in place though. Probably means Schultz heading to the Flames too.

I've tried to do the Hanifin, Lindholm, and Vladar trade to the Kraken a few times. I honesty think those 3 pieces would push the kraken over the top, but it was too hard to structure the deal with all the M-NTCs on Seattle. I think the Kraken are closer to winning than most people think.

I do too, but then I watch the second and third periods of the game last night and they look to be in just as poor form as their first season. The issues with Hanifin and Lindholm is they block Evans and Wright from the roster if they are re-signed. if this season is a toss, get rid of Wennberg and give Wright the ice time. Or trade for the known quantities and make the youngsters earn the time.
