Who are the good comparable trades for Zadorov? Here's a shrot list of recently moved, non-1st pair defensemen and their returns. I figure he'd probably cost a 2nd, but given we don't have one go with a protected first and Klingberg for Zadorov and a depth guy. Maybe Ruzicka?

I'd think Edmundson is the closest comparable but I think Zadorov would go for a bit more. 2nd plus prospect/bottom 6 roster player

If I was going to throw out a guess, I'd probably go with a 3rd + a prospect given the recent history of dman trades.

Retaining could get you anywhere from a 1st -3rd depending on how much you retain. + a player back and propsect. i would guess.

The most recent Edmundson Trade is a very weak comparable considering Edmundson’s career should probably be and is most likely soon to be over, given his back is shot

He hasn’t been able to play a full season in, well EVER!

I’m missed about this news, so don’t mind me but we are expecting a high return if Zadorov gets Traded. Like somewhere around Ben Chiarot high
