Description

Watching the Habs Kings game and it’s excruciating. Yeah LA is a better team but it doesn’t help when the Habs play this predictable. First defense feels pressure he whips it back along the boards to the second defender, literally every time! Kings send a forward to pressure the first one while another forward waits for the pass back and MTL has coughed it up so many times.

Don’t get me even started on the powerplay… it’s fine to use the back pass but every time?! Are you joking? Pk lines up at their blue line Habs player that picks up the back pass skates right into a brick wall. Absolutely embarrassing. No problem with the Habs losing, they are in a rebuild after all but at least compete and if a play doesn’t work over and over again, then do something else!

LA is like a top 3 team in the league (with a complete healty line-up without any AHL'ers) and 3 of the 6 Dman in the Habs line-up at the moment are AHL'ers. So, that's terrible to watch, but it's totally normal in my opinion.

Los Angeles was just too much to handle. There will be many more loss this season. Habs line up have way to much hole. They are probably the slowest groupe of forward in the NHL. Losing Dach for the season have been devastating. Lets hope that theh can select another top 5 pick. Their some great players for 2024 draft class. If they don’t pick first or second, i would select the big Canadien centerman Cayden Lindstrom. They need to had high end offensive talent.

Throw this one out and move on. This is not a "defining" match for the Habs. This was a stinker for sure. The Habs were there in name only.
