You can get Hughes over Hedman for practically the same cap hit, although it would probably make more sense to save money and get Dahlin and/or Toews at LD and use the cap savings there to upgrade on the wing. Pretty good for the most part though

While yes this is ELC free, to me its almost the same thing honestly, you have 5 players making less than 900k which is basically the same thing, also this team IMO would not win a cup, only the top 6 and Starting goalie are good, top 2 D is good too but after that its a steep drop off
