Description

I am sure these trades are WAY off and I know that CBJ doesn't need any more D but just thinking of ways to bolster the 3rd line without trading Rakell (which I think would be dumb if they did) and seeing Carter is here to stay.

Only targeted Johnson since it was reported that CBJ wasn't too thrilled with his game to start the year (even though he's been amazing in the A)

VAN was previously reported at being a team needing some depth on the back end and since POHOJR / GMPA seem to love bringing in former pens Rud could be a good target for them (when healthy)

KJ just isn't really available, they sent him down because he needed to adapt to a new coaching system and they wanted to get him first-line reps at center. He's been excelling since.

If a team wanted to trade for him, CBJ need quality over quantity, and definitely still a center. So it's a top-10 pick, or your best under-30 center, as part of a deal built around KJ. Otherwise, frankly, we'll keep the guy that, in a couple years, should be (at best) a top-6 center, and (at worst) a top-6 winger with ppg potential.
