    Leafs are weaker this season without Nylander so they don't do the trade. If the Leafs lose Nylander via UFA they just spend that 10m on replacements. IMO Risto isn't good value at 5.1m X3.
    Forester, Bonk, UFA Roy might be a better for the Leafs if they did the deal.

    I like the targets but I know Risto takes a lot of slack but I personally think his style would fit in well with the Leafs. For RHD there’s not too many good options that are available. Fan of Roy as well, hard to see LA not resign him though.

    yeah no thats awful for toronto. Risto is a cap dump and the rest doesnt get you close to the difference for Nylander
