Description
Cirelli has been underwhelming in all aspects. the puck dies on his stick faster than it did with Tyler Johnson in his last season in Tampa. hes a PK specialist at best thats being overpaid but could flourish in a different system.

Empty spots can be filled in by acquired pieces and players that are "Scratched"

    B-B+ dman prospect
    High draft pick
    Bottom 6 energy guy

The fun of signing guys for too long is the inability to move them. Cernak’s contract was bad from the start.

Cirelli is one of the few movable pieces

The avs would for sure be in on Cirelli. Hes a solution at 2C for this core. Hes not very prolific offensively though. I think there’s a chance that would change a bit here

His issue on offense is he has no chemistry with anyone hes with other than Kuch

The lightning this year have also been horrible 5v5 outside of kucherov. I’m just thinking about a line with lehky-Cirreli-Nuke and how elite of a shutdown line that could be. Maybe we could put mikko on his wing to help drive play as well

He would be great in a shutdown line like he was in the playoffs with Hagel and Killorn
