Why would the hawks gm want a guy that can score goals? They're losing fun competitive games right now. Exactly where they want to be. They're not going to give up any assets for pretty much anyone this trade deadline.

Hawks decline. If they had any interest in Kubalik, he'd be a Hawks already. All the injured forwards are now starting to return. No need for Kubalik.
