Not just for Jenner. Id use the Lindholm model for a possible Jenner trade, and if we were to trade Kakko as well, Id want Chinakov in return. However CBJ would never do that.

Kakko as a piece of a Jenner trade might work, but his value is at an all-time low (still good value though) where Jenner's is near an all-time high. CBJ aren't moving Jenner unless management gets fired first.

If Tarasenko is moved with retention then I'd imagine there is a 1st included somewhere in the deal.

Would be difficult to stomach a return like this from the Rangers considering what they gave up just last season for the same player. Different situation but the return being considerably less would be tough regardless.

I'm VERY against trading Kakko, but IF we do, it needs to be as part of a package for another young cost controlled player with upside. Frost, Zegras, Kaliyev, etc

Trading Kakko for a rental or anyone 30+ is a fool's errand
