Description

After last nights game against Calgary, its clear that its the goaltending that is killing this team. Yes we have injuries. Yes we have 2 rookies on the back end that are replacing our top pair in Siegenthaler-Hamilton. Yes we have some players not playing up to their potential. Is NJD going to just play the season out? Is Fitzy going to get us a goalie which we need? I think this team is a playoff team BUT they need the goalies to make a save and unfortunately Vanecek isn't doing that. Let me know what you guys think the next step will be for management. Also, Holtz looked pretty good next to Jack last night. Maybe Lindy keep him with Jack more that just 2 periods?

Not a playoff contender; at this point sell off whatever they can and give the rookies best chance to succeed. Instead of giving up more future assets for a 1st round exit.

Do something Fitzy, trade for a goalie, trade for a dman Idk but do something dammit! Do something ffs, so frustrating to see GMs just sitting on their hands doing nothing while their team's season goes down the drain.

The problem is the rookies best chance to succeed comes from playing with veterans. But I agree....Ithink we should be neither buyers nor sellers (other than UFAs)...and start doing whatever we can to be in best possible position for start of 2024-25.
