Elvis is a perfectly average NHL fringe starter/good backup who makes about twice as much as he should. If you take the whole deal, at most he probably costs a mid-rounder given the goalie market (favors buyers) and how he'd likely benefit from a change of scenery (re: teams know he's available).
I don't think Tex gets moved, the team waited and supported him for over a year to have him back. Even if he's a career 3rd/4th liner and PK specialist, Columbus is happy to have him and he'd likely need to ask out for some reason in order to get moved.

Seconding this. I think if the price to move him even reached one 1st, EDM is better off buying him out in the offseason. You could hope for a rebound, but then you're stuck with $3.8M in dead cap for 3 more years. It's safer to just take the hit and deal with the buyout cost.
BTW: if EDM buys out Campbell, with the Neal buyout added, EDM's total buyout penalties are:
2024-25 = $3,016,667 (last year for Neal, and still less than burying Campbell again at $3.8M)
2025-26 = $2,300,000 (Drai hits UFA at season's end)
2026-27 = $2,600,000 (McDavid hits UFA at season's end)
2027-28 = $1,500,000
2028-29 = $1,500,000
2029-30 = $1,500,000 (Nurse hits UFA at season's end)
It's not ideal, but it's way more reasonable than spending a 1st to move Campbell.
