These returns are wildly unrealistic.
Cut your expectations on your suggested returns in half and they’ll still be overpayments.

TB isn't giving a 3 for Carter and he's not waiving his full NMC. Putting both those aside TB wouldn't need the retention which costs.they have 8.5 or there about in cap space Sergachev is done until June the earliest.
