I'd bet Nazar goes back to college and/or plays at least one season in the AHL.

No chance I would give Tanev that much, his age and style of play will surely lead to a significant drop off in performance. He is a prime candidate to be overpaid by a contender, most likely the Leafs.

I also don’t see Novak settling for a one year deal, I could see 3 x $5m.

That’s a lot for Toffoli but since it is only two years I would be ok with it. I would prefer to see the Hawks go after Teravainen.

No chance the Hawks take on another goalie for $4m unless they are a cap dump and come with a pocket full of draft capital included.
