Winnipeg needs a RSD.

If Washington trades Kuzy, retention is needed, but would he waive for Winnipeg, and would this be another Setoguchi case? What's up with Kuznetsov? Is he worth the hassle?

Yeah, we all know that, but he won't be picked up, and he won't be in Hershey for a year and a half, so it must be to get him in game shape and work on a deal.

Good point, but sadly Winnipeg is often picked as the worst road game destination and is often noted as a city where players chose not to waive for. If there is mutual interest, it's hard to imagine he'd pick Winnipeg over spots like Boston and Colorado. If neither team wants him, sure, but if they do, we'd lose out.
