Description
I really like this one. The team gets a young player who would fit with their forward group and gains cap flexibility via the Dumba trade, while also improving the D. They also keep their most important futures in Ritchie and Gulyayev (Malinski and Foudy too, which is nice imo).

Only problem is that Frost probably isn't available. But, if the Flyers think that they are selling high, then maybe it could happen. If not, then pivot to Wennberg. They'll need some retention, but I think it's a possibility.

Yep that's my first choice now as well...Frosty. Not so interested in Dumbo though.

I'm very surprised about how many Avs fans are against the Dumba trade. It moves JJ to 7D and allows Bo to move back to his forehand. Dumba could fit well with the Avs style of play too. And it rids the team if RyJo. I kinda love it tbh.

His analytics are pretty damning; gets caved in all the time. And, let's be real, JJ hasn't been bad this year. I do like the idea of getting Bo back on his strong side and dumping Joey, though so, on balance, it's a positive for the Avs.

I like JJ but I think Dumba would be better. Move him away from playing against top competition on a bad team to a depth role on the Avs and you'll see improved results. And if Bo can benefit by moving back to the left, then it's another increased benefit overall.
