Toffoli would be a great addition. Also agree with your assessment not worth over paying, but if the deal is reasonable gotta do it.

I'm not a fan of Johnson. I wouldn't mind Edmundson in the #5-7 defencemen mix, if he came cheap enough.

That option could work too, but I bet he comes more expensive. I went with Johnson for his cup experience and handedness, as NSH has more LHD available to call-up if needed.

Basically a vet 6/7 defenseman with cup experience for no more than a 4th is the general target.
