Ooh! Good young winger with plenty of injuries. I too would love him on the oilers if he could stay healthy! I know I say this a lot, but he would be a great winger for Draisaitl.

Anyway, I see why you would want him on Montreal, and at that price, that is definitely worth the risk imo!

Plenty of injuries? Think the most significant one he has had in his career was a broken finger.

I really don't think Columbus has a reason to move him. I get he's an RFA, but he's 1) looking fine recently, 2) a valuable defensive player even if he's on the 4th line, 3) young enough to fit the timeline, and 4) not exactly going to break the bank for a team with plenty of cap room. Unless he requests a trade, which would be shocking, he's a guy we just extend in the offseason.

Unless you count the psychological hurt from multiple concurrent deaths in the family, which is possibly what they were thinking.

My apologies. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I thought he had a lot of injuries from hockey, and that’s why apart from this year, he has had a career high of 49 games in a season. Have a great day, both of you!
