Losing Stamkos doesn't help, and TB has the money to resign Stamkos and Duclair. The 3x7 proposed in your other ACGM can be matched in Tampa if they wanted to.

De Haan can either walk or serve as a 7th D, Lilleberg has basically taken that spot on the 3rd pairing. Crozier is also in the system and good enough.
Doubtful we sign Dumba for 4, and no way Jeannot is a top six and Alex Barre Boulet is most definitely not an NHL roster player. We've seen his experiment too many times.

He signs with Toronto like he did last time when he ran back to TB and took the offer that had been on the table since the previous November. He may not resign in TB ( I think he does) ,but I'll bet whatever you want Toronto is the last place he plays. After meeting with Toronto last time he was realized the childhood fantasy can quickly turn to an adult nightmare.
