they aren't spending 4.5 million for a guy to play 3rd pairing.
Forsberg trade not happening. If they move Jarry out they aren't bringing back cap in a goalie.
Then you end up wasting another 2.5 mil on Brossoit that they don't need.
Just so bad, shows you don't know the team.
lol

8.5 million on the bottom pair you should use that money to improve the forwards
Definitely not ideal. I’d consider trading Graves and keeping POJ, but Graves trades are normally met with hostility on this site so I kept him. I’m just not a big fan of this team defensively and tried to add some players that could help out with that— making three d pairs that could go out in nearly all situations.
Edit: I wanted to add Amadio as well, but went with McNabb instead. But if that deal doesn’t happen, then Amadio could be added at a 3x$2.75m or something like that.

just keep poj anyways vegas would never do that also no need to sign brossoit, blomqvist needs a callup and him and ned would be a solid tandem
I’m not a fan of rushing goalies. He only has one year in the AHL. He’s putting up great numbers, but I still wouldn’t rush him at just 22. Keep him there for another season and call up during the year as needed.

Sell me on Joseph. Because the Flames will have a bunch of D-men fighting for the 4–7 spots: Miromanov, Kylington, Pachal, Hanley, Solovyov, Poirieir, Kuznetsov Grushnikov, and Okhotiuk. They all require waivers except Kuznetsov, Grushnikov, and Poirier.
With an outside shot that one of Brzustewicz, Jurmo, or Morin pops in training camp.
Honestly just chose CGY as they appear to be adjusting their d-core so this gives them a young guy they can try out at minimal cost. Among the guys you called out, he at least has the most experience over the past two seasons I suppose. If the VGK deal doesn’t happen, id just keep POJ.
