putting the horrible DET trade aside, I see no reason for Heinen to sign that.
He's been very inconsistent in his career but he's consistently put up some decent seasons. He's not taking 1.5 after this year.
He at least doubles that.

its pretty rare a guy goes from a PTO to a $3m+ contract. I think $2M for him is reasonable, maybe up to $2.5m.
