He wouldn't waive for Buff and only has 1 year remaining. No way he'd extend here/we'd be in the same boat as vgk- not wanting to extend him for 8M plus

Yeah, Vegas is SUPER f'ed this summer. Not guessing it will be Theodore, but a couple good players on that team are gonna get given away cheap. It's unavoidable.

Agreed - Martinez is 36 and the most likely casualty this summer.
