Of course Rakell, no one wants this declining 31 year old at 5m X 4.
Pens fans.....no one is giving up anything for Jarry. They just sign a better UFA cheaper, just like in this post.

Remove Smith, Holloway and the 4th and Edmonton accepts.

I'm on the fence about paying a 4th for Smith (50% retained) but ultimately I think they can sign a better winger in free agency for less than $2.5M.
