Yeah, this all seems feasible. This roster should meet the "being better" goal KD has. Feel like the Hawks are going to give Nazar a shot at being a C. So if they acquire JGP, could definitely see Nazar spending the season in Rockford playing C.

I'd be cool trying nazar at C and just signing a UFA winger instead of JGP; ideally someone with a little more size to play on that line with Reichel and Nazar

Or just slide AA up to 2RW and add another bottom 6 forward.

I don't love AA. Everytime I watch him it just feels like all he gives us in individual efforts. Everytime he gets the much he tries to bully his way to the net and gets stripped. Maybe i'm just wrong on this but the eye test tells me AA isn't a very good hockey player. I'd rather him just not be here but at that contract he has to be

Next season is a contract year for him. He's auditioning for a new deal (with someone else - not the Hawks!) Watch. He'll be better. But your assessment of him is pretty accurate.
