You are really selling our D-men for pennies on the dollar. Drop the 3rd in the Chicago deal, and maybe the value is about fair. Not saying Chicago would do it though.

Kovacevic at least needs a 4th rounder coming back, but unless it is a 3rd, we are better off keeping him.

If anything Hawks would probably be interested in packaging up some of their picks to move up. I do not think moving back in picking up more picks would be something they consider when you take into account how many picks they already have.

Hawks have no need to trade a 1st round pick.

If somehow the Hawks are interested in Harris, they might be able to pick him up on waivers at the start of the season if he is still in Montreal. Someone needs to be sent down (Harris will be the one).

I agree with others here, the Hawks are more inclined to try and move up into the top fifteen, not drop back into the mid/late twenties.

Additionally, Harris holds little or no value to the Hawks so the the 2nd pick going to Chicago would need to be improved to a 2nd round pick to make it worth the Hawks while.
