Interesting, but I don't think the values are accurate. Leafs benefit too much (with Detroit and Pitt not getting enough return)

My Idea...

TOR: Athanasiou
DET: 2018 1st (PIT) + Leivo
PIT: Bozak (50% retention) 2018 2nd (worse of TOR's 2) ((maybe even a 3rd))

Pittsburgh's 1st is probably only 5-10 spots higher than Detroit's 2nd, so i don't know that moving up that much is worth giving up Athanasiou who could probably bring back a 1st from Pittsburgh on his own.

I don't know that Detroit or Pittsburgh need Toronto in this deal.

Originally I thought it could go down like this:
TML = Athanasiou
Pitt = Bozack(50%)
DET = Leivo+ 2nd (SJS) + 2nd (Pitt)
However, that would leave Detroit with 4 2nds in 2018.
I was trying to think bigger picture for all teams, as it still opens the door for more trades for each team.
Toronto gets a center they can use going forward without hindering their playoff run. They also keep their 1st in a deep draft to continue the rebuild. And, they still have the ability to make a move if they wish.
Pitt drops down in the draft but gets Bozak who has worked well with Kessel and can help in the playoffs. They can also make a few more moves because Bozak is 50%.
Detroit gets Leivo who is a good 3rd (with a year left), they move up to another 1st, and get a 3rd for next year. And, they can start their retool with a few more options. They could flip the Pitt 1st in a trade for a better player/pick.

I don't see Detroit trading one of few future bright spots for so little.

I agree Athanasiou is a "bright spot" which is why I think he can help the Leafs as a Bozak replacement/upgrade.
How much more do you think Athanasiou is worth?
