I don't think it's right to trade ROR and immediately plug Mittelstadt into a 2C role at his age, he's really inexperienced. What if he doesn't pan out? Put Reinhart there? That hasn't worked either. You're better off holding onto ROR unless you get a cheaper replacement back in the deal.
