Who wouldn't like Babcock? He is no Tortorella.
Torts has chased more than his fair share of players out of town(s) over the years.
Matt Calvert being the most recent.

IMO Babcock isn't actually an above average coach. Look at his W/L in the playoffs since he lost Lidstrom in DET.

Parayko is out of the question, Bouwmeester, Berglund, Walman, 2018 First, 2019 Second, 2019 third. Jaskin

For Matthews? Cmon, with lowball offers like that you're giving Blues fans a bad rep. You have to give to get.

Don't the Leafs need a D man that can actually play D? How does OEL help you at all? And for Tanev, you would be adding to the deal to get rid of Gardiner, not the other way around.

Aren't you guys short a William Karlsson due to wanting to hold onto Calvert?
