Pure fantasy but i believe our defense group is in need of change over. Younger dmen are rumored to be available. The idea is to trade our established d group for defensemen that are up and coming or are in need of a change of scenery but have alot of potential. In Ellis's case we trade him for a high 1st and use to draft a replacement dman who will be expansion draft exempt.

Definitely a Fantasy for sure. I dont know that this team goes any further than last years team. I dont think you get a first round pick for Ellis if its in the top 10. Hes not worth that much in his last season of his contract.

Hey Dave, this is Jason here. Randy Sexton just briefed me on your offer. TBH, when he told me I was floored, why do you want to break up a winning combination. You made a great deal to get Subban and I thought you absolutely stole Turris. But if you want to make a change I can certainly accommodate you because I need to make a change as well.

Maybe they would, Subban > O'Reilly and Ristolainen > Turris. IDK, I think it favors Buffalo way too much. Subban is a Norris winning defenseman, (please I am only spitballn') he may be worth both O'Reilly and Ristolainen. But the age difference may be a reason to add Turris and Fabro.

Well the age and the contract of $9,000,000 a year.... but I think if Buffalo threw in the SJS First round pick in 2019..... I would say 'Let's play the fued'
