Description

Welcoming back Eric Staal to spark Jeff Skinners interest to come back and help out the young Andrei Svechnikov.

Victor Rask is a good player and I can see Monteal use them wisely up the middle.

Losing out on Justin Faulk makes total sense as Carolinas defense is well rounded and will continue to grow.

Eric Staal becomes the Captain. Jordan Staal takes the Assistant role and Skinner and Hamilton could rotate on the third Assistant Captain.

Just trying to bring some "somewhat" common sense for the Canes future since everyone is pretty hurt about Skinner leaving. They do need some veterans to help out the young guns like Svechnikov, Necas, Gauthier and Bean. So I think bringing back two key experienced forwards would help the Canes make a good run.

Skinner isn't coming back to Carolina get real. And reports from Carolina are that Justin Faulk doesn't want to play in the west. He wants to stay in the east if practical.
