Every center gets 17 minutes, Matthews Tavares have a team first mentality Im sure they wouldn't mind.

Kadri Marner just had undeniable chemistry last year, I don't think you break that up.

Brown Hyman Tavares would be a great line for Babcocks "heavy shifts" , theyd get the puck deep and control it so well in the opposition s zone.

Also Marleau and Matthews is not working ... Leivo drops down to the 4th line once Nylander's back

during the regular season it's better not to play your best players 22 minutes a night. There is no need to wear and tear on them if you don't have too.
I think the real issue is that you can't trust this team to not cough up 7 goals a night. Which means your best offensive players must keep scoring the whole game.

Actually the Gauthier centred line with Leivo at RW and Lindholm/Ennis at LW has been good, I like Marner who is good a play maker to play with either Tavares or Matthews who good shooting centres.

What's this nonsense from pharrow about the Leafs giving up 7 goals a night? Once this season they gave up six...Sparks first game.
