If Kane actually signs with Montreal I'd probably do it. If not, this is a bit too much. Not sure how this would fit our cap though, the Habs add a lot in that department here.

If this trade was done right now as in literally right now well before this years TDL, I'd do it. Even with no certainty of Kane resigning. I'd be happy with getting whatever we can get for him at the TDL in addition to ROR and BOGO.

Let's just say Kane is worth a 1st and an ok prospect at the deadline, that would be:

Stop trading ROR for Montreal's step children, how does that help us get any better when Galchenyuk is just as much a headcase on the ice as Kane is off the ice?
