Thats a wild trade haha. I dont think either team would like to make this trade as they would be losing significant portions of their core. However, at face value I think Ottawa gets the better deal here due to the fact that they get young, up and coming players who arent going to be going to free agency in a couple of years. To make it better I would take the advice of the fellow above me and remove Pulu from the deal but make the 1st a 3rd or 4th

Oilers would come out looking really good for the short term until McD and all the other kids look to cash in.

Definitely worth considering but I wouldn't sign Kane. I would lean more towards Van Riemsdyk if he would sign, or John Carlsson and trade Ceci. Carlsson is EK lite. Definitely not comparable but an upgrade over Ceci. Then they would go
Klefbom-Carlsson
Chabot-Phaneuf
Claesson-Jaros/Harpur

But with Euge's comments I think the Sens stand very short in terms of spending money...

Only way it happens if Ottawa likes the long term deals of Draisaitl and Klefbom and the Oilers are happy with the remaining 1 year deals on Karlsson and Hoffman's contracts.

This trade makes perfect sense 4 both teams!
The only downside is ED will be paying two players 24 million with Karlsson's new contract, if he re-sign.
Regardless, would likely deliver cup 2 ED..-~

i think that this is a pretty solid trade, only thing that pops out to me is the Kane signing i don't really see the need in that, like JVR or something?
