Pacioretty for Duchene straight up would be a steal for Ottawa let alone all the other pieces.

As much as I think Pacioretty is (value wise by fans) overrated, Duchene is far more (by fans ) overrated. Pacioretty alone is much better than Duchene.

Not to mention, it is very unlikely the cap will increase by 7 mil, it is more likely to be 3-5 mil in increase. One of your free agents would not be able to be signed either.
