I agree about sergachev but Nash and grabner are worth firsts. Nash gets prospect too. Grabner goes straight up. Not sure what hockey you’re watching.

Nash > Kane
Nash < Pacioretty
Nash < Hoffman
It's simple, Nash 7.8 M, UFA, 3 last season under 40 points. But, experience and leadership, ok 2 ways player, but, look at his 3 last seasons et be serious!!
Grabner is a one way player, a shooter, maybe a 1st for him...

It's already been stated that they will retain half his salary in the trade. He's a rental dude. Look at the history of the trade deadline deals like this. Hanzal was worth a first round pick last year. Wake up man.

Minnesota GM regret the move, it was an error he did... it's public!! So Hanzal was a 2 ways player, a center... and Hanzal had 1 season over 40 points with a loosing team... the value of Hanzal was greatest than the Nash value dude... Nash was a superstar... 10 years before!!! since 3-4 years, he's a "has been"!!

This happens every single deadline man. Eric Staal, Hanzal, Shattenkirk, St. Louis, Brayden Coburn, Iginla...the list goes on. All of them worth a first rounder and then some more. the Rangers won't make the trade if they aren't getting a first rounder/blue chip prospect in return.

Not a troll. TB's window with this current group is this year and next with Kucherov, Point and Gourde all having their contracts expire by then. McDonagh becomes their 2nd LD for this year and next. It's a lot to get back, but I don't think Gorton would be crazy if he asked for this package back.

This seems pretty fair top to bottom. Tampa fans probably don't want to deal Sergachev. Tampa fans probably also didn't want to sign Girardi. But here we are.

The smaller trades are plausible but the Tampa trade is a huge no.
