I dont think all the trades would be a yes and pitt definitely wont give you a first and a player to have neilson on there cap number. You have the attitude detroit needs to have. Dump money on the cap and stock pile picks and prospects.

well I retained 2,500,000 and took Hunwick so there cap is fine. They really want a good center. Nielsen is good all around player and would move his no trade for Pit.

Yeah i guess it works on value but idk if pitt agrees. They might opt for a rental for less of a price. I like nielson he has some game left but im not sure pitts wants to be tied for him for 4 more years. Hes already what 33.

As a Flames fan Mrazek intrigues me if Smith is out long-term. Would the Wings have an appetite for prospects instead of picks? CGY has come out and said they don't want to spend any more picks this year.

Calgary has a stacked prospect pool of defence. They wont want to trade any more picks.

Also nyquist isnt worth 1 and 2 lol. Probably not even a 1st without retained money.

Unfortunately he's no longer in the organization. Wasn't signed last summer and completely fell off the grid after his 21 goal ECHL campaign.
