If anyone were to pull this off, it would be the Leafs.

What impact does this have on the Leafs' younger D Men? Dermott I see you have in the bottom pairing. What about Liljegren? Rosen? Does Gardiner get moved sooner rather than later?

Rangers laugh. This is way off value. A 24 year old AAAA winger, an almost 24 year old bottom 6 dman on a contending team, and picks.

If you want McD, start with Tolvanen, Dermott, or Liljegren and start to add.

McDonaugh for a young top 9 winger, a young top 6D, a 1st next year and a 2nd in this years draft which is very deep and should be considered around a late 1st in most drafts, plus a 3rd. That's fair value.

NYR gets younger and a tonne of quality picks for one aging player
NSH gets a top 6 winger for very for a deep playoff run
TOR gets a Top 4 RHD under control for the next two years before the Matthews/Marner contracts kick in.

This is really well done trade.

I completley agree, fair trade, sagecoll obviously doesnt see for mcdonagh, these picks when they are said and done, the rangers will have better depth, while leafs get a much needed dman, nice job Arbo

Guys I'm sorry this really made me laugh. I do have one question though, since the prospect thing is so poorly brought up it'll be too funny to discuss.

Why is 28 year old Ryan (Top 1D) McDonagh "aging" but 28 year old (Top 6 winger) James Van Riemsdyk doesn't get described as "aging"?

Since Marner has the same value as McDonagh, I think a trade for Aberg, picks and someone equivalent to Carrick would suffice. (Ryan Sproul has a .28 ppg average while Carrick has a .16ppg avg, I think Sproul might be too much though) would suffice for Marner then. Cool.
