Ya Couturier is good, but would we be surprised if he put up his usual 30-40 points next season? I wouldn't be

Need good 2nd line Centre for good price for long term we dont really need anything else for next 5 years

MTL has no prospect pool. Plus they are an aging team. We probably would like to make those picks for restocking the farm and development. and MTl doesn't need a 2nd line center. they need a #1.

They need a number one and 2nd line centre they dont grow on trees my friend and Couturier is great Centre

no they don't. but like i said, Couturier was a 3rd line center till this year. I wouldn't be willing to give up a 30 goal scorer, and 3 picks for a guy who has had 1 good year.

Hurricanes wanted Shaw are trade deadline but we said no and but time has changed they dont need more defense player they need player that grind/that have won Stanley Cup before.

Dumb trade for the Flyers. We're not gonna give up a 30 goal scoring 1st center who's probably our next captain, and you shouldn't give up Patches + a 1st and others for one player, it won't help.

I hope you're trolling people because that flyers trade is horrendous. And the people that think it was a fluke for Couturier is fine with me. If you looked at the numbers you'd see it's a long time coming. Led the team in even strength scoring for the last 3 years. He just got real linemates this year not named Read, Umberger, and Cousins.

1000% agree with you just Philly has 3 good Centre and and one coming up soon that i would love to have on my team but i think this good trade giving up a lot but its time swing and not stink
