The cap is not going up 7 million - major no thank you on Nash and Cullen anyways

why do the pens want to get older and slower by getting Nash and Cullen back? Pens are built on speed so Nash doesn't fit and with Sheahan as the 4th line center Cullen isn't needed. And you have Tiffels in the NHL lineup when he can't even get out of Wheeling.....
