What's wrong with ROR? Seems like he has been pretty consistent throughout his career.

Don't think he's the best fit for Buffalo. He's shown some negativity that seems like a trade would be best for both teams.

I think its more about helping montreal here, since ror is at least galchenyuks equal offensively, has all of the other intangables in spades over galchenyuk, and competently plays a more valuable position. Since the adds from montreal would quickly turn into galchenyuk and some pieces that they can painlessly give up, im gonna pass.

So you are willing to give 5 years of ROR for 2 years of Galchenyuk...... this is the exact type of move that GM Timmy Murray would make..... it absolutely makes no sense on so many levels.

GMBots is not Timmy Boy. He is not going to make a move that hurts his team long term.

Production is similar for both players..... ROR is better from a defensive stand point and from a high leverage situations in a game (PP, PK & face offs).

I doubt you'd get away with ROR for Gally straight up. Likely have to sweeten the pot a little for them to take the contract. Nash will NOT come here either. He wants to win and will likely sign with a BOS, WSH, PIT, ect. And please stay away from Ward IMO
