Why would Detroit leverage their future like that? They should stick to building for the future and forget these next few seasons if needed.

Zetterberg will retire after next season. He is not being traded because he is Detroit. Nyquist is only 28.

The team is above any one player. You are just wasting him right now. Trade him to a cup contender. Or make a impactful trade or two. This team is not close!

I never said Detroit would. Kenny doesn't make any bold moves.. That's why we suck. And Pit would be stupid not to do this. It's a pretty good deal for them.
