Description
There is absolutely no reason to trade Phil Kessel if we are in a WIN NOW mode. He and Sully need to talk it out and Sullivan needs to find a way to coach/tolerate Phil.

How are you going to say you're in a win now mode then trade Letang?! As a Caps fan I hope you do.

Also, no way Caps don't match that deal for Carlson. Only way Carlson walks is if he wants $8M+
