Switch to Nashville's first and remove the retained salary on Faulk.

Arizona trade isn't very good. We don't need to pay AZ to take on Hossa's contract at a cost of $1M a year but giving them $5.2M relief towards reaching the cap minimum, also switch the Car trade to #27 pick from Chicago and remove the retained salary for Faulk.

There is no way the Hawks go after Tavares......... The only possible way I see that happening is if the Hawks trade Toews, and we all know that will NEVER happen..... Tavares would NEVER consider going to a team were he is anything BUT the face of the franchise and their 1st line center....

Tavares is going to Vegas..

Besides, the Hawks can't take on another 10 million dollar contract....... Nick Schmaltz is the Hawks 2nd line center of the future, and he needs to be resigned to boot next summer and he's going to want at least 3.5 on a bridge deal and perhaps 5 per on a long-term 8 year deal.... Then we have DeBrincat after that who will need to be resigned and he will probably want the same as Schmaltz and signing Tavares would put the Hawks back in cap hell....

Of course Bowman would love to have Tavares but Bowman knows signing him is 100% out of the question unless Tavares comes to the Hawks and pulls an "Andre Dawson" and offers to sign for whatever the Hawks can afford and that's not going to happen.....

Passing on signing Tavares because schmaltz will need to be signed eventually is stupid. Schmaltz is JAG. Tavares is a superstar. His line would be #1 line. I agree about swapping the NSH pick. Takes Wahlstrom and this becomes a really great move.
