These are so stupid. Why would Vancouver as a rebuilding team take Matt Duchene and give up the 7th pick?

I would never accept that trade as a Canucks fan. I would only give up the 7th overall pick in a package for Karlson.

its hard to tell what you're trying to do here, if you were rebuilding, stastny wouldnt join the team, and id flip Perry for something else, unless you want to win now.
EDM wouldnt give up the 10th for you guys to take on Lucic, maybe hoffman instead of Smith (since Hoffmans value is so low due to the recent incidents)
NJD i think the whole point of making Karlsson cheaper by taking on RYans contract is so OTT didnt retain salary for his contract
ANA id just skip that trade entirely, keep that 1st.
VAN and no way in hell benning is that stupid to get Duchene, he just doesnt have a spot on a young roster, where noah dobson would be a much better add than Duchene, not shitting on Duchene, its just the state of the canucks

the 7th was rumored for Hanifin too, which is much better than Duchene

That's a very interesting idea for the Devils. I think they'd take it in a heartbeat, but it isn't enough quality talent going back to the Sens. The idea in principle makes sense though
