They gave up a really good goalie prospect for Brassard, so no a 2nd and 3rd wouldn't. Plus the pens dont want/need draft picks. They want established players

Faksa is one of the best two way players in the game and he's 6 years younger than Brassard. Dallas passes on this deal rather easily. Brassard may be better offensively, but I'll take Faksa's defensive & PK capabilities over Brassard's 10 times outta 10.

Faksa isn't even as good defensively as Sheahan, and their boxcars are a wash. No way he's worth Brassard.
