reverse the CGY and buyout Callahan then this looks awesome .

Domi-Danault-Gallagher. (this line will be our best as long as Domi-Gallagher Click it doesnt matter who's at center)
Lehkonen-Plekanec-Drouin. (have plekanec take draws ,their youth and speed should help plekanec's from being handicaped due to his lack of speed)
Hudon-Peca-Armia. (Speed,Skill,and Backchecking)
Byron-Terry-Evans. (both Terry and Evans were Hobey Baker Nominee's and Centers at the Highest levels of the NCAA so with Byron i think they'd be a hard line to play against)

i dont like the calgary trade and the shaw trade. the rest is really good. we need 1 more season of pain and a high draft pick. after that kotkaniemi and poehling will be nhl ready.

Really think that Scherbak needs a fair shake at a top 6 gig. Guy can produce and we don't have many players like him in the system on RW.

he's not ready yet for top 6 and will just be used bottom 6

i'd rather have him build up a hot streak going into Christmas in the AHL and promote him to top 6
then make him compete essentially for a bottom 6 spot because there is a way higher chance Armia will out produce and out muscle Scherbak for the spot as coming over from the west he'll be likely having an easier time producing considering the D core's in the west are way more lethal then the east.

Scherbak will be top 6 someday i have no doubt but the only way that happens is if he's establishing himself as top guy while the coach and the team figure out who the other 5/6 mainstays will be in their top 6 .

plus the more games he plays now the quicker he becomes waiver exempt like DLR and Andrighetto which will effect his development

I hope this is where the Habs go this year. This is like my dream scenario. Although a couple of those are unlikely IMO. Callahan has a full NMC I believe so I got to think he stays put no matter what.
