Would probably have to give more but it's still in the realm of possibility.

I’ll do @Gofnut999 a favor and just tell you, no and no. Now for my opinion. Can’t see them moving bjork after the good start he had as a rookie before injury and as for studnicka, jfk and Frederic, the whole organization is really high on all 3 of them while it makes at least one expendable they wont move any of them unless it’s the right deal. Krug and Heinen (as well as he did last year) imo are the two potentially on their way out of town. They both hold good trade value.

Hence why I'm not trading those players. Krug, Heinen and McQuaid are probably going to be gone this season. I read a CBS Boston article today saying the B's may try for Simmonds and Panarin. If those trades happen then those players are definitely in the mix.

When i commented i didn’t see the changes! But idk i think both teams are gonna want pieces for the now. Both philly and cbj are playoff worthy teams so to lose a Guy like panarin or Simmons they’d need something in return for this season which you did for philly. On top of that philly already has gosh and cbj has werenski both Krug like players. So idk maybe it works maybe it doesn’t.

Oh no worries. I was looking at it and thought the same as you so I changed it. True both teams are playoff worthy right now however I've heard reports (from Score and TSN) that both teams are shopping those players out which matches up with the CBS Boston report that the B's are interested. Also, with the Panarin trade I was debating putting Carlo in but Krug is more likely if a trade like this were to happen. I'm surprised you haven't said anything about Orpik. I for sure though someone would say something.

I’ve seen Siimmonds name tossed out as potential trade candidate. First thing i thought was a trade centered atound Krug. Not sure what that package would be like. But let’s not start with Heinen and keep Backes out of it.

Fair enough. Out of all those players I'd hate to see Heinen traded.

so...Haggerty...has CBS boston EVER correctly predicted a bruins move? no.

You're giving up way to much for Simmonds and not nearly enough for Panarin.

and Backes has a NMC, he's not waiving it for philly.

Why does everyone want to trade Heinen. Guys an awesome player.

Then switch Backes to the CBJ trade for Panarin.

I don't disagree with you on Heinen, one of my fav players and hopes he stays a B for a long time if not his entire career, however he's expandable for a trade like this.

expandable? do you perhaps mean expendable?

anyway, you still run into the whole david backes having a NMC thing. so no, you can't just shift him to CBJ trade. Also, there's the minor problem that he's what's known as a negative value asset. In other words, teams would rather not have him than have him. So he's definitely not going to anyone (NMC) but also definitely not going for someone like Panarin or Simmonds. These proposals are like CBS and haggerty….they're just crap and not in the realm of reality, one in favor of the Bs, and one in favor of the opposition.

Imagine a GM giving a press conference saying, "well, we had to trade artemi panarin, but we got David Backes." fired before the end of the press conference.

Yes, I meant expendable and I didn't say he's going this year but if there's a trade that includes a good young forward it's most likely him.

Again those trades can easily be changed but I think those players are the most likely getting traded. It's all a matter of opinion
