Panarin would have to extend as well, but he won't he wants to play with a team like NY or LA

PLD sucked on the wing in Columbus so he’d be a center. I’d also add Dubinsky to the trade because that’s a massive overpayment for those 2.

Lol. Yes it is. Milano and Anderson are both good young middle 6 forwards, Carlsson is a very high d prospect and is likely NHL ready, Panarin with and extension is equal to stone and Milano and Anderson and a first would equal Dushene, Carlsson isn’t needed unless you also eat Dubinsky.

Panarin won’t sign in Ottawa but just acquiring Panarin would be very lucrative. Panarin would increase tickets sales but even more than that, he could be a golden ticket for Ottawa come trade deadline. There will be a lot of suitors. Any trade that nets Ottawa a big return will start with Panarin signing an extension. But Panarin is a gamer and will want to win. I think by trade deadline time he might be open to signing with other teams just get out of Ottawa.
