The Faulk trade should be a firing offence for CAR's GM. They would 100% do it.
Dunno if CBJ is willing to move Panarin for futures, especially when they can at minimum get one more run with him.
I'd probably swap the top 2 lines, Marchessault-Karlsson-Smith was beastly last year. Or spread them out, give Panarin+Stastny more of a shooter with Marchessault.
Theodore-Faulk would be a very fun top pair.

Ya but if it’s a sign and trade (which is rare) he is coming with a contract which means a higher return. That trade above is what his price would be for a rental.
