Description

An absolute blockbuster of a trade that could be beneficial to both teams. Tampa receives Artemi Panarin and could have two absolutely deadly lines (I would not put him with Stamkos and Kucherov, hockey starts with duos). Him and Point would be absolutely great. Plus, Josh Anderson, a gritty winger who would be really useful in the playoffs. Tampa Bay didn't play with enough grit. Skill gets you to the second round. Grit gets you to the Stanley Cup.
Now, Columbus gets Yanni Gourde, an undrafted player who can still grow. JT Miller (who was an uprade on Namestnikov, but who is upgraded by Panarin). Stater Koekkoek, the most neglected third pairing defensman, and a first round pick, also come. Panarin and Gourde have to sign new deals with their new teams in order to make this trade work.

You do not have a 2019 pick to trade, might want to tinker with that a bit.

They can not trade it with a condition on it as far as I knew

They can if they know the condition wont be met.

No. They can't trade it until the deadline for the condition to be met passes. Can't trade it thinking, well, we might not win.

They can. There was a trade between 2 teams with the condition of someone resigning and they traded the pick. They can if they know in no circumstance will the condition be met
